I highly recommend Gardner Audiology in general, but specifically would like to say how much I appreciate the care provided to me by Sarah Norton, BC-HIS. Sarah's communication, empathy, and professionalism are top notch! The loss of one's hearing is very stressful, but Sarah consistently offeres me reassurance and support as we work together to find solutions that work best for me.
I had my hearing checked and the medical office in staff for very nice and Clean
Carmen is very professional, efficient and friendly. She explains thoroughly the process and details in a clear and concise manner. She gets 5 stars! The system loses a star due to office communication (or lack of)and harassment of repetitive texts and messages.
Carmen was very thorough as always.
I am super happy with my experience at Gardner Audiology. The whole staff was super friendly. I never felt I was under any pressure to purchase any thing. They took their time to help me with my needs. I know OTC hearing aids air tempting, but after coming to Gardner I can truly understand why their help was and is so important. You've got nothing to lose, dont short change yourself, give them a try!
