3/6/2026- as always another great experience! The new lady is fantastic. She takes all the time needed for her & me to get the best care possible. All of your staff is top notch & very helpfull ! These folks are top notch with very friendly staff & doctors, they take the time to fully explain and always asks if I have any questions.
Pleased with Dr and staff. So kind and caring with my 85 yr old mom. Can't say enough about the way they do business and the compassionate follow up. Ten stars!!! Update, my mom is now 87 and Der. Chen, Geli and Carmen have continued to be so good to her. Always patient with her questions whether big or small. They treat her like family! The extended family couldn't be happier with her care. I want to give a shout out to Carmen Ortiz at Gardner Audiology for assisting me with my hearing aids this week. She went way beyond the usual stuff and brought my hearing aids back to life.
