Gardner Audiology took great care of my yesterday with a warranty issue I have with my charger for my hearing aids. The lady that took care of me asked why I didn't have a 6 month follow after I purchased new hearing aids last year and I said I wasn't given an appointment for it or told to make one. Plus I had 6 free appointments with the purchase of my hearing aids for the first year. So I used the ones yesterday and now I will be out of them. Carmen is the best. She took her time with explaining everything to us. She also provided handouts to help us along the way. We give her a 10!
Update: Today I was to lucky enough to see Carmin Ortiz . She is also amazing! I feel so comfortable with all the staff. Definitely a wonderful experience. Thank you to all! If you have trouble hearing I would 100% suggest Gardner Audiology! The staff is amazing! Dr. Livesay, Liam and Sarah are incredibly knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable. I would without a doubt would recommend this agency for your hearing needs.
Sarah was the audiologist who did my consultation, friendly, efficient & easy to understand. I have scheduled follow up appointment to decide on specific hearing aids. Highly recommend her.
