I don't often say it - but truly 5 star customer service. Having taken my elderly mother here for a check up, the patience and professionalism of the optician Mr Allen was matched only by the attention to detail and time taken by his staff regarding picking frames and fitting of glasses once ready. When I took my Mum to pick up her glasses, we parked outside the practice, but because the weather was bad the staff came out to her in the car to check and fit her glasses (including back in and out of shop for adjustment).
