Worst company to deliver with. I get delivery every two weeks or so. And they cant read the fine print that says every time to call before delivery making sure I am there to sign it off. They want me to change the name and no accountability. Worst company to deal with.

Gardewine provides about the most terrible service possible in Northern Ontario. We are a business that unfortunately often has no choice on freight carrier, and it's often 2 weeks to receive product from 6 hours away, that Manitoulin Transport delivers overnight. Would never choose this carrier.

Had a driver yell at one of my staff today for parking in the back parking lot in the southend mall. He was told he can't park there cause it's for employees,as he is and that he needed to move his car cause she "couldn't get in" the driver that regularly delivers to the marks here has never once had an issue backing in and keeping to themselves. Shame on her

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Gardewine Sudbury. During a pick up at our home, their truck damaged our driveway. The Terminal Manager, Jesse Gouin, came to our home and assured us that Gardewine would cover the repair costs. He asked us to obtain a quote for the repairs, which we did promptly. However, nearly two months have passed, and Gardewine has done nothing but give us the run-around. Despite repeated follow-ups, they have not taken any steps to address the damage they caused.
