Unreal. I called to inquire about their hours. He said I could come by anytime that he is in the store. Unreal, how am I supposed to know when he is there or not ! He also gave me incorrect info regarding chimney dimensions and how to burn wood in a wood stove. I will never go to their store.
We purchased this beautiful Harman Pellet Stove insert for our home from Tom at Gardens to Grow. Wonderful experience and great installation! We love it! Highly recommend anyone who is looking for a pellet or wood stove to visit Tom at Gardens to Grow.
Great experience, Tom was super helpful went the extra mile to answer all my questions and it was a pleasure doing business with them. I bought a heart stone, Clydesdale fireplace, woodburning insert and I absolutely love it and would highly recommend anybody to go here.
They made it right, didnt charge me a penny. Super Happy.
