We have been so happy with the care and staff at this facility. We know dad is safe and well cared for and there are fun activities planned for residents to enjoy. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend Visiting Angels Plymouth! The company itself is incredibly organized and responsive, which made a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. Every interaction with the staff felt compassionate and professional, and it’s clear they lead with empathy. You can tell they care not only about the clients but also about the families who rely on them.
We couldn’t be happier that we chose The Gardens of Carleton for my brother. The entire staff welcomes us as members of their family. My brother, a resident of the Memory Care side, loves living there. They cater to every single one of his requests. We never expected such a positive reaction to moving him from his home. My mother was brought in there and unfortunately only had a week before she passed . The staff, the facility was absolutely fabulous. The staff from the administration, nurses, aids, kitchen staff words cannot even describe how fantastic they were during the most important last days we were able to spend with our mom.
