Item despatched but courier refused to lift it off van. I was pleased it was despatched quickly given the reviews but delivery driver refused to take it off the van by himself as didn’t want to hurt his back. Called home direct who said they couldn’t refund until DPD confirm not dropped. DPD stated no one in and confirmed delivery again in 10 days. It took half a dozen calls and emails to get this sorted. No one cared about why it didn’t deliver.

After reading these reviews I'm now worried as I ordered an item on Sunday which states should be dispatched within 24 hrs and as I've not yet received it 3 days later nor had an email stating it has been dispatched thought I'd better just check the tracking app and I can see that it hadn't even been dispatched. 3 emails and 1 phone message left and no replyI'm beginning to get a bit worried so I will continue to chase. Luckily I paid by PayPal

Awful service, customer service is none existant. Only part of order was delivered and expected me to do the chase the courier as to where my other part of the order was. Still have not received the rest of the order and though their website states they are open no one is answering the phone!
