This home is severely understaffed. They rely heavily on agency workers who are unfamiliar with the residents’ daily routines and needs, leading to inconsistency in care. In the memory care unit, there is often only one caregiver staffed in the evenings, which leaves residents largely unsupervised an alarming situation for such a vulnerable population. In working with Jennifer and her team over the past 7 years I have to say they are "top notch". Jennifer goes above and beyond to meet the needs of her residents and their families. And when there are things that don't go as expected she is always willing to meet and work through challenges always looking at the best case scenario. Highly recommend her and her team at any of her homes.
