There have been so many times that I should have written a positive review. Every staff member on my husband‘s current and former units have been incredibly accommodating, patient and kind to him and to me. The nursing staff has been responsive to any concerns I might have and quick to inform me of any special issues or needs regarding my husband.Management and business offices are very accessible and can be extremely helpful with any questions I might have. 05/15: great visit. Cheri ate everything on her plate. She interacted some, but she doesn’t engage with her table mates. She enjoyed coffee and a newspaper. She listened to music from my headphones. Clare the aid is great. She knows the residents well and she treats them with respect and kindness.
I was there to visit Georgia Long, The staff was very friendly and caring, they watch patients very careful, they give patients their undecided attention. They take time to explain to patients the importance of using their walkers because they care about them and want to keep them safe from falling. As a visitor, they asked if I needed anything, I felt very welcome. Very good visit!
I'm very happy with the care my friend Bruce is getting at Garden Terrace. They have listened and responded wonderfully to everything I have asked about. They keep him on his feet and take him outdoors a lot. I feel like he's in caring and safe hands.
My sister said that she really loves it here and everyone is always so helpful!
