Visited the location to open an account and the forms for my account to be created. The second form I received had a bill pay option. When I inquired about this form, I was told it was optional. I also very clearly indicated that I was interested in setting up an online banking account while I was in the branch. The receptionist responded as if that was something that could be completed online. Upon trying to set up my online account I kept receiving an error message. Always a pleasant experience
Customer service is off the charts, beyond five stars, and very convenient for me. I’m glad it’s a shared branch because I go there to make deposits, and the friendly atmosphere is the best. i’m about to open up an account with them also since I go there more than the other branches. but most of all I love that the hours really fit in my schedule.♀️
This is Shawn Kislan, I have been a member of Pinnacle since the 90’s and ever since Garden Saving procured them it has been a train wreck , besides having them not put your Zelle request through without having to verify everything, you need to jump through hoops to redeem your rewards .
