Fingerprint login works intermittently. I when I tried to login today to I went to put in my password but it did not work. I had to spend over 40 minutes trying to login. I was finally able to login but I am still unable to use the fingerprint login. I’ve never had this problem with my Capital One account .
Excellent credit union. All of the associates are friendly and knowledgeable. Monique is the best.
Location is a converted house and is very easy to miss off rt38 speed limit. Note: The telephone pole just before the driveway may have orange mark out paint. Parking lot and building are handicap friendly. Limited parking right side of building and space to park up front of building. No drive up. No ATM No bathroom Only two tellers, so wait is common. Staff friendly and professional.
