Used to be the friendliest bank in town. It's no knock on the current employees, who seem very nice, but Flagstar is a terrible company. They clearly haven't put one cent into maintaining that regal old building, and as a bank, Flagstar is just plain lousy. Bad customer service, and they don't look out for their customers either. Edit: If Flagstar cared about good customer service, they wouldn't use AI generated, canned replies advising customers to tweet things.
i must say that Karen, the vice president went ABOVE and BEYOND for me today. It is refreshing to know that exceptional customer service still applies in today's day and age. I do not like the parking lot; it is very confusing however it is worth a visit for the customer service. Thank you Kim!
