The two stars are only for courteous employess. When a bank one has been in the orbit of ( thanks to ever changing hands) for decades prioritizes a far better deal only for "new money", well, draw your own conclusions.. It's a shame what has become of "customer service".
The Cranford Flagstar branch has very professional and friendly employees that try to help the customers as much as possible. I have been banking there for many years - even as the location changed hands.
After experiencing the lost of my mom I had to close her account she had with garden state community bank. Originally went to the 715 Elizabeth Ave branch which was a terrible experience. Very insensitive and unprofessional. So I refused any further service from this particular branch. I decided on the Cranford branch for service. Best decision ever. Please fix your 24 hour ATM. I've tried here twice on "off hours" to insert my card to get access to the ATM machine inside, and it never let's me in.
I literally pulled up to the drive thru at 2:58 and everything was closed( sign on door says 3pm) went to the front and they were very rude saying they were done.
