Great service. Fantastic staff
The staff at the bank are outstanding! Came to this location for the first time to open an account and we were greeted kindly and assisted immediately by Wabeeda. We wanted to weigh some options before opening our account and asked to take some time to think it over and Wabeeda was very patient, provided her card and let us know she’d be happy to assist when we were ready. After leaving a review of holding up my clients closing and forcing her to now pay to keep her rate down, their social media team responded as if they were going to do something to help. This appears to just be PR of their reviews, nothing was done and I never heard from anyone. I called their customer service line and they were rude and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this rinky dink bank.
The employees at this location itself are very helpful and this review is not about them. More so about how this bank operates. My client is under contract on a property with their rate expiring and will have to pay daily to keep their rate down after next week. My client deposited a gift check for their down payment, that Flagstar wants to hold on to for two weeks and refuses to release it sooner, because it’s their “policy”.
