Today I was at Flagstar bank and Mr. Paulo helped me resolve a problem with my account, congratulations, he did an excellent job.
Do NOT use the ATM at this location in Harrison next to QuickChek. I attempted to withdraw $600 and when it was time to retrieve the cash , the dispenser would not open. Despite the screen saying “Please take cash”, the dispenser would not open and the screen froze. I verified my bank account online and it shows that the $600 +$3.00 fee was withdrawn.
