Visited on a bus tour for an agriculture conference. Family owned and run. Fresh produce. This is the type of market to support if you can.
Unbelievably good winter carrots and celery. Great prices, great people doing great work.
Just purchased Gala apples here on Saturday Sept. 28th. They were definitely not fresh being mushy and taste was off. I live locally in Lancaster County and called to inform them and they offered to replace them with fresh apples, but I will not give them a second chance. There are many other markets to shop. I feel tourists are taken advantage of when expecting to get fresh produce to bring home from their visit.
Great selection of produce at a great price. I enjoy taking the trip up there for the selection of pickles, and fruit. Always polite and friendly, and you cannot go wrong with these prices.
