This is by far the most disappointing experience I've ever had. I invested both time and money seeking relaxation, only to encounter humiliation instead. I had booked a therapy session, but upon arrival, the owner insisted that my wife join me in the room due to the presence of female staff only. So my wife had to come and sit next to me in the room.
