This happened a month or so ago but I haven’t had time to post my reviews until now. I’m a regular here and I loved the place until last month when I called the owner to book. She confirmed that the time was available and told me to come 10mins early. I took a day off work and did end up coming 10mins early. When I arrived no one came out to serve me. This is by far the most disappointing experience I've ever had. I invested both time and money seeking relaxation, only to encounter humiliation instead. I had booked a therapy session, but upon arrival, the owner insisted that my wife join me in the room due to the presence of female staff only. So my wife had to come and sit next to me in the room.
