The absolute worst mistake was not doing research before we hired her. Paid $3500 retainer and only met with her the day of our consultation and then when we went to our first court hearing. Which she was late for. Completely unorganized and didn’t even know the main facts about our case. Got a bill a month later for 1000 more for paralegal fees. Great paralegals. Seem to care about their clients and work hard for them. Lawyers don't care at all just want the money.
Tracy Mears, the "lawyer" at Garden Creek Law, was just sanctioned in Fremont County., on Wednesday October 18, 2017. The presiding judge, Judge Young , said she violated rule 11, and ordered her to pay attorney fees to the respondent , in the original action to which she was hired. The attorney, originally involved with this case also has a separate bar complaint with her. I also, have a couple, which I will be submitting as well. This is the most unorganized, dangerous atty.
