Extremely disappointed with Andy as we have been waiting 11 months for our front and back garden to be landscaped and now he's not responding to any of our calls and messages for no reason at all! We have 2 very young children and having our garden made safe was essential for us. We have been very patient and cooperative due to Covid and its such a disappointment to be let down without explanation. This has caused such stress and upset for us. Very unprofessional.
