Love living here the landlord is nice and the maintenance stuff gets everything done
What a sad state… i used to live here when Midwest owned this property. When I lived here there was an on site manager and maintenance. Since Midwest sold the property I’ve seen the quality of residents go down along with general overall maintenance of the property. For starters the office is uninviting to outside public who may wish to inquire about renting. Mostly because there’s no one in the office ever.
