Why doesn't someone answer the phone? Instead I get a text message reply. This is odd for a business. Then I get rude responses. 11 days later still no glasses. Otherwise everything was handled with great care.
El personal es muy grosero y tratan mal al cliente no lo recomiendo el Doctor excelente pero sus trabajadores muy patéticos me tenían que dar un reembolso y me trataron muy mal cuando reclame por arte de magia me dijeron mi cheque son muy embusteros no lo recomiendo deberían de cambiar estas personas tan prepotente y poco profesionales
Ordered new lenses for my glasses in September and now being December finding out they were never ordered. Talk about gross negligence. Will not ever recommend this place to anyone.
Basically grew up with them and they have always been so loving. Always make it feels like we are visiting family! Thank you for all that you do
