I had my Vision Exam with glasses ordered. After paying for frames that I had found cheaper in other retailers, it took 2 calls, a “they’ll be here by the end of the month”. and a month and a half just to get told they have not yet been made. The staff is friendly however the prices and waiting times are not. I ordered much better frames with transitions for the fraction of the price and i got them in 1 week. Probably won’t return back here because of the wait time..

It has been over three weeks since ordering two pairs of glasses. Just today was informed that it could be a week or longer for the lenses to arrive. Was originally told 7-10 days. They will not call and tell you it’s taking longer, and when you call to ask they keep saying you will get a message when they are ready, like stop calling us.
