It has been over three weeks since ordering two pairs of glasses. Just today was informed that it could be a week or longer for the lenses to arrive. Was originally told 7-10 days. They will not call and tell you it’s taking longer, and when you call to ask they keep saying you will get a message when they are ready, like stop calling us. Horrible service. When we ordered glasses girl didn’t take any of my info. Of course 2 weeks later I call go see if the glasses are here and they can’t find them, saying the girl who we ordered with no longer works there. So we had to wait another 2 weeks! When I get there they still can’t find them .
