Pathetically bad. They were in charge of the Red Bull class action suit and I had filled out their contact form maybe 10 times or so and only got ONE response from them as to the status of my claim and that response was some copy-paste bullshiat that had no bearing on my questions. I finally just received my compensation yesterday... well past when it was promised. I think this place is run by idiots who were fired from McDonalds.
