If you are day program only this facility will probably be fine. As for live there with special needs...KEEP AWAY unless you like your loved one to be poorly cared for by inept lazy staff. Terrible social interaction between staff l, family and patient. Dirty mobility aids that are in disrepair. My family member was there for both programs and after suffering an injury the staff was not forthcoming and was deceptive with regard to the cause as well as actions taken to care for the patient. Sad.
I’ve just spoke with “Manager” Micheaux. I was told I’m being let go because I’m not a “out going”. which I didn’t understand if I got hired ON THE SPOT. I’ve only been working 10 days.i haven’t shadowed anyone a full day. I was asking questions Myself, I even took it upon myself to make my own personal check lists of duties I need to do within the day. Going beyond the duty list, I mean cleaning dusty light fixtures.
