She and her staff were amazing very professional and so sweet
Like all good legal professionals they do not solicit reviews so I know for a fact there are many others very happy with the services offered here because Jennifer came as a referral from a good friend who had interviewed 3 attorneys prior and used her to update both his parents trust and his own. His parents passed recently and he just finished settling the estate on behalf of himself and his siblings. When I first met Jennifer I was impressed. However, I have called her 4 times, leaving messages and have not gotten once single response! It has been 10 weeks since I last met with her to make a couple of small corrections to my living trust. She said it would be done in 4 weeks and I still have not heard a word! Very nice office staff but terribly dissappointed!
I do not recommend Gardella & Gardella. Like another reviewer, I had several bad experiences with Jenifer in which she completely stopped responding to my repeated calls and emails. I am appalled at her lack of courtesy and professionalism and can't believe she operates her law practice in this manner. She also billed me for an email in which she offered condolences for the passing of my stepfather and simultaneously offered her legal services.
