Horrible company. Ordered a bag a month before my trip. Said it would be delivered in 3 to 7 days which was plenty of time before I left. Bag is not here after 2 plus weeks so I email to cancel. Every response from the company is that they cannot do anything as it has been shipped and I should be patient. Tell them there will be nobody here to accept package if delivered while I am on trip.
