I had an appointment with this tax service, but apparently “appointments” are just a suggestion. When I arrived, a note on the door said they’d be back at the time of my appointment—except no one ever showed up. I waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes, and not a single call, text, or email from them. It’s baffling that a business can be this unprofessional. If you value your time, look elsewhere.
This place is a big scam Mr Garcia made up a lot of bs on my taxes and got me audited was supposed to fix it and never did been more then a year just to get communication from the company not the irs had to chase him around for my paperwork his own employer told to call the irs on him because there been a lot of unhappy customers he is now playing giving me my tax return that I gave him now that want me to pay 10 bucks to get it back he blocked me so now I have no way to contact him I will be taking it up with the bbb and ir... read more
