This trip was a nightmare.The people that go on this trip are 95% seniors, and we tend to be very forgetful. I was not told to carry my drivers licence with me so I didn't take it. The $20.00 I was supposed to get in perks was not given to me because as explained to me at the desk at the casino" I was not even registered". The heater on the bus quit working and the bus was cold as ice. there was problems with the door staying shut, and that bus was really dirty. WE WENT ON TOUR THIS PAST WEEKEND NEVER AGAIN ON OUR WAY BACK THE AIR CONDITION OF THE BUS QUIT WE WERE ILL IN LA THE DRIVERS AND CORDINATOR DIDNT REPORT OUR CONDITION OR TRY TO FIX PROBLEM SO WE HAD TO DRIVE BACK HOME IN A POOL OF SWEAT TOOK US 11 HOURS TO GET TO CORPUS PLUS 2 MORE HOURS FOR OTHERS GOING FARTHER REAL BAD BUISNESS NEVER AGAIN

I ALWAYS HAVE FUN – I have been traveling with the Garcia's Tours buses for over 7 years now I enjoy it alot the Garcia's are the sweetest people they make my trip so much more relaxing I feel save too their drivers are very careful and very friendly to. I can't wait to make another trip.I love that I dont have to use my truck to make this trip it is very far from where I live and it makes it easlier for me I dont have to worry about driving or falling alsleep while driving all I do is get in the bus and take my pillow and g... read more
