One of the worst customer experience. One of my friend applied through him and is facing a lot of issues. No update on the status and when he tried to call, experienced rude behavior. Just kept on receiving statements like, i dont work for the tax department, dont call me again and again. If your customer has any doubt regarding the service he is opting, he has every right to ask the progress of the service being provided. Pathetic behaviour.
