This Mr. Garbutt, attorney for three children, one of whom is Laila Sloan, seems to have lied to the Oregonian and OregonLive about this one case, which is now one of the worst stories of the law messing up people's lives that I've ever heard of. It wasn't just the lying but what he was supposed to do for the three kids involved. I'm sure everyone knows the whole sad story. I just wanted to rate him with a negative star but they don't have that so I am expressing my disappointment with this attorney(?) with my words.
