Fantastic customer suppert from Jane Hall in the sales team. Jane took the time to explain my options, sent me samples to evidence the superb quality of the tiles and followed up after delivery to ensure my complete satisfaction. Unlike some of their competitors, the tiles I ordered are solid tiles and not honeycomb backed. Beware of cheap imitations from competitors!

Wow What can I say about the service level ! As a total novice in DIY , and not knowing what I was looking for , the prompt professional and detailed responses that I received to all my online queries ( most of which I’m sure were inane for GTFC ) were incredible and very useful The turnaround time from order to delivery was ludicrously quick as well Most of my communication was with Jessica Beedle …. what an ambassador for the company Keep it up !!!
