What a great experience. Called with a door spring issue and they scheduled for the next day. They were a little late showing up which seems pretty standard for service calls everywhere. The difference, without me mentioning a thing, the gave me an “accountability discount.” When I tried not to accept it, Eric said, “we hold ourselves to a higher standard.” His card is now posted next to the garage door opener. I’ll never use anyone else. Thanks, Eric!
