I don’t usually write reviews, but I had an amazing experience in there today. I am a new mom and came in shopping to find some things that would boost my confidence after having a baby. There was a lovely girl in their name named Anjeli who was an amazing help. She showed me around and helped me find lots of items that I loved. She was so sweet and kept on complimenting me. I will definitely be coming back and hope to see her again. She made my day.
Stood beside three employees in the change room waiting for a room for 5 minutes while they stood 3 feet away from me snickering, laughing and glancing over at me as though I was intruding on their private hangout (store was empty other than a few other shoppers). Not once was I acknowledged or helped. I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I tried to return a pair of jeans and get a refund, but the staff member refused without a valid reason. She kept giving inconsistent excuses — first saying the jeans smelled like fabric softener, then claiming they were wet at the bottom — which was simply not true. The item was returned in perfect condition with all original tags and stickers still attached, exactly as I received it. Amanda and Angelic were incredibly kind and helpful. I’ve never felt so cared for and looked after at a retail store before. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. Thank you for your wonderful customer service.
The customer service here is beyond exceptional, specifically Amanda. I came in looking for a very specific shirt and I needed immediately. She went so far out of her way to find said shirt even though the website said there wasn’t any left. She did it with an amazing positivity and smile. She made day! Thanks Amanda!
