If I could give 0 stars, I would. I attempted to return an item today that had only been tried on and still had the tags attached. The manager was adamant that it smelled like laundry detergent and implied that it had been washed. This was incredibly frustrating, as the item had never been washed, and I don't even understand how it could have been laundered with the tags still attached and in perfect condition. My friend and I had the most amazing experience at Garage today. As I was browsing around and looking through some items, I obviously accumulated a couple of clothes that I wanted to try on, as I was struggling to make it to the try on area, Taya helped me and took the items off me and took them to my room for me! She was so incredibly nice and made my experience a lot more better. As I was trying on some clothes, I stood outside my room so I could take a look at myself at the bigger mirror. I wish there was an option for 0 stars for what I experienced today. I was trying on some things in the fitting rooms and I kept on trying to get the employee Kates attention for help. She told me to wait since she was with another customer so I did and ended up waiting almost 15 minutes, I even came up to her a few times and she was extremely dismissive and when I finally got her to help me she took another 10 minutes, I saw her chatting with another person in the fitting rooms multiple times while I waited. I don’t usually write reviews, but I had an amazing experience in there today. I am a new mom and came in shopping to find some things that would boost my confidence after having a baby. There was a lovely girl in their name named Anjeli who was an amazing help. She showed me around and helped me find lots of items that I loved. She was so sweet and kept on complimenting me. I will definitely be coming back and hope to see her again. She made my day.
