My friend and I had the most amazing experience at Garage today. As I was browsing around and looking through some items, I obviously accumulated a couple of clothes that I wanted to try on, as I was struggling to make it to the try on area, Taya helped me and took the items off me and took them to my room for me! I wish there was an option for 0 stars for what I experienced today. I was trying on some things in the fitting rooms and I kept on trying to get the employee Kates attention for help. She told me to wait since she was with another customer so I did and ended up waiting almost 15 minutes, I even came up to her a few times and she was extremely dismissive and when I finally got her to help me she took another 10 minutes, I saw her chatting with another person in the fitting rooms multiple times while I waited. I don’t usually write reviews, but I had an amazing experience in there today. I am a new mom and came in shopping to find some things that would boost my confidence after having a baby. There was a lovely girl in their name named Anjeli who was an amazing help. She showed me around and helped me find lots of items that I loved. She was so sweet and kept on complimenting me. I will definitely be coming back and hope to see her again. She made my day.

Stood beside three employees in the change room waiting for a room for 5 minutes while they stood 3 feet away from me snickering, laughing and glancing over at me as though I was intruding on their private hangout (store was empty other than a few other shoppers). Not once was I acknowledged or helped. I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I tried to return a pair of jeans and get a refund, but the staff member refused without a valid reason. She kept giving inconsistent excuses — first saying the jeans smelled like fabric softener, then claiming they were wet at the bottom — which was simply not true. The item was returned in perfect condition with all original tags and stickers still attached, exactly as I received it.
