In my entire 20+ years of shopping I never encountered such a crooked company like GAP and Old Navy. What initially started off as a routine return procedure via their "e gift card" scheme turned out to be a total disaster that I would never wish upon my worst enemy. Long story short, the e gift card links they send out EXPIRE after 6 months and the ridiculous thing is that they don't tell you at all about this, nor do they keep records of the gift card details either.
