I won’t be shopping at gap again. I had the most awful experience at this particular Gap — right next to their HQ no less. I went to return items slightly past their return date for my 3-year-old daughter. (I hadn't shopped at Gap in several years and spent about $800 on toddler clothes over the holidays). I asked for an exception to the return policy because it used to be 3 months or more. Popped in today to check out some of Gap’s offerings and Semmi greeted us and helped us right away - this made what would normally be a 3 star experience a 5 star experience. A+ for Semmi!
First time visiting the GAP on Folsom. I needed to return two items. Super impressed with the layout of the interior, the video walls, the way the items were placed on the display tables. Most of all I was impressed by Kimberly who handled the return effortlessly. Can’t even begin to describe the experience with my vocabulary. It was a very special surprise.
