I came into the store to do some shopping and return a few items. The store was empty with only one employee at the counter. My returns were with in a the return policy but Bianca did not want to accept my returns she mentioned that even if the tags are on she can refuse a return if she didn't like want too. Friendly staff. Sizes might be limited but if you wear xs to xl, then they have your size in stock. Hit their sales!
I placed an order via Gap.com on April 23, 2025 (9:56PM PDT). I had issues with the order from the start. Next-day shipping was purchased. The order was not fulfilled and shipped next day. Gap did not contact me about this. Instead they just refunded my shipping. I contacted Gap to cancel the order before it shipped. Awesome
I won’t be shopping at gap again. I had the most awful experience at this particular Gap — right next to their HQ no less. I went to return items slightly past their return date for my 3-year-old daughter. (I hadn't shopped at Gap in several years and spent about $800 on toddler clothes over the holidays). I asked for an exception to the return policy because it used to be 3 months or more.
