My recent Gap purchases have been terrible. One order was cancelled. The second order had three items one of which was cancelled and the other two of which never arrived. The items were shipped through a service, UPS Mail Innovations, which marked the items as delivered but I was at home and able to see the front door on the supposed delivery day and no package was delivered. If I could give the store negative stars I would absolutely atrocious them and Old Navy. So it’s an online that they had it. Old Navy. A bathing suit from my seven year-old. So I go in first of all the associate from the gap, while it took me five minutes to get This attention who is talking this or another associate, and then had the nerve to act like I was bothering him, so for the ultra preppy embarcadero. I went in to try on a skirt and they were out of stock even though they said online that they had it in multiple colors. I asked if they could check in the back but the sales associate didn’t want to and claimed that he already did. Unlikely.
