Walked in today with an Order Pickup issue. Manager was very helpful and was able to fix the problem
I purchased over 30 items online, which GAP/Old Navy split into multiple shipments. One shipment: still missing in delivery. Second shipment: arrived intact, containing 2 items. Third shipment: should have included 28 items, but I received only 18 items in a tiny, overstuffed box that was barely holding together at the seams.
