The guy that helped me was very nice, i had called in advance to make sure they had the item i was looking for. He checked to make sure they had it in stock before i came down there. Once I got there and bought the jacket I wanted to know if the jacket didn't fit my son if I could exchange it for a smaller size? And how would we do that if the size I needed wasn't available in store.? He explained how they could order it and have it directly sent to my address with free shipping.
