Bad customer service with poor attitude. Returned gift items with online receipt. Cashier #3675321 processed the return without saying anything. Then said it's been credited back to your credit card. Told her they were gifts. She said I should have told her. I said well you should have asked. Gifting Gap items is not uncommon. Kept telling me I should have said something so I said ok it's a gift. "Too late. I already processed it. You can ask the person who gifted it to give you the money." Nice...
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I bought a hoodie as a gift and went back to return it less than 24 hours later after I noticed a big stain on the front. The item still had the tag on it. The cashier at this location was extremely rude and unprofessional—she kept saying the stain was “my fault,” which made no sense since it was clearly sold to me like that. Thankfully, a manager (or another employee) finally stepped in and processed the exchange , but that cashier’s attitude was unacceptable. I will never shop ... read more
