Wife and I had a really good experience at this GAP. Especially the customer service lady that greeted us when she entered. I can’t remember her name but I’d say she’s in her 20s, tan skin, black hair, about 5’7 and curvy. She was very helpful and charismatic and made our experience very enjoyable. This was on a weekend around noon.
Went here a couple weeks ago and spent a few hundred for my baby- when we got home we noticed the cashier (white male who was having a conversation with his coworker the whole time he was checking us out) left a security tag on an item but there was no receipt in bag. We took it back to get removed but without a receipt they said they couldn’t do it. I understand the reasoning behind that but it was their fault they left it?
