Nothing is ever in stock. I guess they even combined it with GAP kids because the lack of stock.
I was visiting Houston and was shopping in the galleria store. I purchased a pair of jeans that then got marked down within the same week. I called to get them price adjustment and the manager Joseph very rudely told me I needed to come into the store to get an adjustment even though I don't live there. Disappointed in the experience and wont be shopping in store anymore. Not worth the trouble.
Wife and I had a really good experience at this GAP. Especially the customer service lady that greeted us when she entered. I can’t remember her name but I’d say she’s in her 20s, tan skin, black hair, about 5’7 and curvy. She was very helpful and charismatic and made our experience very enjoyable. This was on a weekend around noon.
