Now this branch of Banana is awesome! The salespeople are very helpful and kind. They always search in the back or at other stores if they are out of stock of an item, and they do it without acting annoyed. They make great suggestions for outfits and are helpful when I am shopping for my spouse. Plus, for being such a small store, their selection is fantastic. The only drawback is that there is no petite section. This is easily remedied by simply trying on the regular size and then ordering petite online. I highly recommend ... read more

Unfriendly staff and very racis, – i'm a regular customer and i love old navy,but had a very unpleasant situation,i was to buy a top was in clearance for 4.97$ and when i went to pay the girl said it was 14.97 and i said tag say's 4.97$ and she checked with a lady who was in her late 40's or may be early 50's very unfriendly she said no do it for 14.97$ and there was another lady i guess she's the supervisor said to override and give it for 4.97$ and she just went away but the other lady said no no do it for 14.97$ and the g... read more

Return policy is a joke – Ive shopped at Banana for several years based on the quality of clothes. I bought a few polo type shirts from there about 6 weeks ago and had washed them a few times in cold water/hang dry and of the 5 I have 2 shrunk. I attempted to take them back but was denied the return. The cashier stated "the shirts are cotton they will shrink even in cold water." I spend a lot of money at Banana every year for good quality clothing and I simply wanted an exchange. Ill never shop here again based on this exper... read more

Basics and Unique Stuff Too – Whenever I wear my hippie-chic, cotton, quite unique looking, ethnic blouses and dresses I bought on my last Old Navy shopping spree (years ago, I’ll admit) I always get compliments and notes of surprise when I tell them I bought these pieces at there. poor customer service – I am usually a bargain hunter, but have to say I occasionally splurge at Banana Republic and J Crew. I went to this location to by a dress for a friend's daughter's wedding. I couldn't find a single sales girl to open a dressing room for me. The girls were behind the counter snapping their gum. Too bad, I love the clothes.

Really good sales – I don't know why the other reviewer said Old Navy's prices are too high.. You can't beat a good pair of pants for under $25.00. I honestly do not know of another store where you can get something even remotely similar for less money.

good clothes horrable management – Clothing is awesome as well as the customer service, just dont expect the management to be of any help. The employee that helped me i think named Thad was of great help, i thought he was a manager but it seems not. Good luck of your shopping

Great deals! – Love this location and the store. Everyone is always so friendly when I go. It's like having your own personal shopper. It's also one of the closest locations to my house, which is perfect. The only problem is that my husband doesn't like how close it is!
