Great experience returning stuff we bought online and had sent to family. Personal who helped us was very friendly and helped us make sense of an old (very old) merch credit. It’s sad so many Gaps have closed. So nice to shop in-store.
Horrible experience with a GIFT return. Without asking, the associate returned all gifted items back to the gifters credit card. Associate and manager were rude and not helpful in fixing the situation. This is holiday season. Don’t bother going to this store unless you want a headache.
Such rude attitudes and very unprofessional and unhelpful. For this experience to be in international mall is a total shock honestly.
General Manager Glenda is rude and snobby. Zero customer service experience. Talked to me like I’m an idiot for wanting to return something that I have never worn. It was tried on at home and didn’t fit properly. There was minor pilling and because of that she “couldnt resell it”. I do understand her situation and how it’s out of her hands, but she was so disrespectful and condescending, that I don’t care. My condolences to her employees, she seems like a real pill.
