The four star has nothing to do with service it's just my rating for availability of stock. However, I do give five-stars to the service I received. I believe it was the manager was there (she had braids in a bun and a Fendi Boston bag) she was very warm and welcoming. And the All-star of this review, is for Pablo. He was really nice and helpful, not just with product but also advising me on where to shop for something else for myself. Super cool team if you ask me.
I had the pleasure of meeting Chantelle and jaquana who helped me find everything I wanted. They were so helpful that I opened a gap card i would recommend this gap they were so friendly and inviting. Couldnt get the survey to work so I came here cause I COULD to give feedback ❤️
I had the best shopping experience at this location, all thanks to store associate Chantelle! She went above and beyond to assist me and my two-month-old. Her kindness, patience, and outstanding customer service truly made my day. I look forward to returning soon.
