Went into the store to make a return. Had the unfortunate experience of dealing with “Lacy” she could not have been worse. She was rude and should not work in customer service. Terrible experience wont be coming back.
I used to love shopping here, but when I returned for my springtime shopping I had a TERRIBLE experience with a manager. Dreeka was so profoundly rude to me I could hardly believe it was happening. All I asked her was if they had a button up shirt in a smaller size and I was barked and snapped at like a dog, then told to "Please just be quiet". Never coming back here, I'll be spending my springtimes at Crabtree from now on.

Awesome store, very friendly and helpful staff ! We spent easily almost 2 hours the first time buying clothes for my wife and grandkids Then we went to the Food court inside the Mall, to have some dinner, delicious Indian food. And we went back out to the GAP, to buy more clothing for our daughter’s family for at least another one hour and a half.
