I used to love shopping here, but when I returned for my springtime shopping I had a TERRIBLE experience with a manager. Dreeka was so profoundly rude to me I could hardly believe it was happening. All I asked her was if they had a button up shirt in a smaller size and I was barked and snapped at like a dog, then told to "Please just be quiet". Never coming back here, I'll be spending my springtimes at Crabtree from now on.

Awesome store, very friendly and helpful staff ! We spent easily almost 2 hours the first time buying clothes for my wife and grandkids Then we went to the Food court inside the Mall, to have some dinner, delicious Indian food. And we went back out to the GAP, to buy more clothing for our daughter’s family for at least another one hour and a half. Akayla I believe she's the manager of the store she is amazing she knows her store she knows her Merchandise and she helped me Out with everything I needed I will definitely be back because of her she's awesome
I would give zero or negative if I get choice. Simple transaction of return associate made it so difficult that I walked out because my 3 year old got tired of waiting. It clearly showed from her face that she didn’t want to do that transaction.
