Very organized and the staff was nice. I liked that I wasn't hounded if I needed help once I walked through the door. They let me browse first and then asked and I was asked by everyone who was there. The young lady who did my transaction was sweet. I haven't shopped for clothes in years and just after having a baby I was dreading finding new clothes. I didn't feel judged or like I didn't belong there, which definitely won me over to shop here more often. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Friendly and Efficient The staff is extremely well informed, both with online help and items in the store. The store is well organized and sale items are in a very nice designated spot.
More Than Just Your Average Baby Gap I love shopping for my children, and I believe the Baby Gap at Briarwood Mall has the best staff of any Gap-affiliated store, hands-down. Patty and the girls know be and my children by name and always stop to chat with me when I stop by. The are all so friendly and helpful and I know this isn't just for my benefit.
