My review is no regarding the store but I’m extremely disappointed with the GAP Retail Equation claim process. I never received one of the items I ordered, and now I’m being asked to spend my time calling and waiting over something that wasn’t my fault. This process makes no sense and adds unnecessary stress to customers who already didn’t receive what they paid for.
The staff is very unfriendly. There were only a few people in the store and no one was greeted or asked if they need help. Overall the store has a great selection, but you lose the experience with a staff like that.
Normally I have no issues shopping here but the one manager an older woman was very rude to me during my experience when I just needed some help, wont be returning
