I went in to make a return today and the woman who helped me was incredibly rude, even though it was clear the store was empty and she was not busy. Take your business elsewhere.
Store employees are lying to customers to get them to sign up for charge cards. I heard an employee lie to a customer telling them that the hard inquiry to apply for a credit card wouldn’t affect their credit and that it would be “gone off their report in a month”. Irresponsible and gross to see the GAP training employees to exploit people like that. It was such an uncomfortably aggressive sell to this person that clearly did not want the card.
