Had the worst service by some lady in a red hoodie and short black pixie cut. I guess they only treat you right if you personally buy something, not if you're there to pick up an order for someone else. She was so dismissive and arrogant.

We stopped in Monday morning and there were two employees who warmly greeted and welcomed us. Wish I asked for their names! They directed me to what I was looking for and checked in from time to time. Overall, very positive experience
