Bummed that they are closing up. They were the last remaining one in town. Too bad. I could always find great things here.
First time at this shopping center, love Gap and just purchased a ton of clothes in Savannah. Unfortunately, I noticed after I left town one shirt was the wrong size. I went to this Gap to exchange and shop some more…The 2 ladies that I asked for help were rude and said they couldn’t help me because it was from their Gap outlet….even though the storefront was in a very nice shopping area and was not listed in an outlet center… I can tell you that had they posed the information differently I would have stayed to shop and spen... read more
Disappointed by rigid return policy. I tried to return several unworn childrens clothing items but the store clerk refused to do anything or even consider store credit after the 30 day period. This rigid policy is not accommodating to families with young children and I will not shop here again as a result. I have never been impressed with the children’s selection anyway.
