I ORDERED CLOTHES FOR MY SON AND MYSELF. THEY SHIPPED MY PANTS WITH THE SECURITY TAG ON THEM. I CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND I'M ASKED IF THERE'S A STORE CLOSE TO ME. IF THERE IS I CAN GO IN AND ASK THAT THE SECURITY TAG BE REMOVED. OR SHE CAN SEND A LABEL FOR ME TO SEND THE PANTS BACK AND I CAN BUY ANOTHER PAIR, SHE'D " GIVE THEM TO ME FOR THE PRICE THAT I'D PAID FOR THEM". AND THAT WILL TAKE 15 DAYS. HOW?
