How to turn a good experience bad I came this morning to shop. The staff was really nice and I was elated to find items that were a perfect fit! I realized later that I could get a better deal on the GAP website, so I ultimately placed an online order with store pick up. Went to exchange some pants that my daughter received for school And got nothing but Emily being rude, and short with us and didn’t seem like she wanted to help in anyway shape or form. I totally understand being short staffed and I think there’s a better way to handle customers when they’re just there to get some help. Do better.
An older gap employee asked me if I knew about the sale going on. When I said no, she told me to look at the sign on the table.
