I placed an order online. I received everything I ordered and it was delivered when they said it would be. All the items were just as described and I would buy them again.
I've been here a couple of times and I find that the employees are not friendly or helpfull, I walked around the first time looking for what I intended to purchase but I sensed that the emoloyess were avoiding me by their energy and when I attempted to make eye-contact that was avoided. On my second visit I decided to be more assertive and ask directly for assistance and was met with "huh" several times as if I wasn't using my inside voice and plus when I asked why the item I grabed which was on a sale rack rang up different... read more
What a mess of a store. I understand Saturdays are busy but maybe the manager Cathy/Kathy should spend more time helping customers than merchandising the store and gossiping about customers to other employees. Only two registers worked, and instead of explaining nicely when a customer asked why she was folding in a corner instead of helping people pay, she snapped at the customer. This is why people shop online, because your own store managers are so popular for being rude they're talked about in local Facebook groups
