My experience today with who is supposed to be a manager named Matoka. Gosh this had to be one of the most horrific experiences I’ve ever experienced as customer service goes. It wasn’t about an awful customer service experience she was just simply so mean and evil spirited the 8-10 minutes that I had to deal with her as my only option of assistance. Horrible experience. Waiting in line for a return Watching the interaction between the old white lady cashier and the lady in front of me who also had a return. Super pleasant, with small talk and just nice. So to my surprise when it was my turn, no pleasantries, no hello, didn’t say anything other than “a return”. I said yes.
