i was so delighted to be helped by spencer tonight and let me just start off that she was so pleasant and such a help towards all of my mom and i’s needs. this is the service i love to see and i appreciate the kind energy from a stranger. she joked around with us and we shared compliments and she overall had a great vibe that we totally connected with!!!

My experience today with who is supposed to be a manager named Matoka. Gosh this had to be one of the most horrific experiences I’ve ever experienced as customer service goes. It wasn’t about an awful customer service experience she was just simply so mean and evil spirited the 8-10 minutes that I had to deal with her as my only option of assistance.
