I arrived here at 5:52PM today for a pickup. The hours say until six PM. The store is locked and closed.
Only 1 salesperson acknowledged us. To try on clothes I had to chase down the lady who blew past us. Another lady cut in front of us to check out. The cashier saw and said nothing. Disappointed severly with a store that's suppose to be in an upscale shopping center.
I love shopping at Gap. I shop online 99% of the time. The last 2 times I've gone in person there was the same exact associate following me around non stop. Asking constantly did I need help, do I need a dressing room. Ever section I went, she was there. The store was so packed with people, older people, young people, people with kids. Yet she focused solely on me. I was EXTREMELY uncomfortable and felt VERY discriminated against. Not sure why Gap keeps changing their opening and closing times? Great store but the real complaint is all the pants are always super long? Why? There is no regular on some styles and if you want petite you have to order online…same With Banana Republic??
