Deena may come across as a bit gruff at first, but I found that to be one of her strongest qualities. It gives the impression that she’s a no-nonsense, straight-to-the-point attorney; which is exactly what I needed. I initially hired this attorney believing she would be a strong advocate. After paying the retainer, however, her approach changed dramatically.
