Deena may come across as a bit gruff at first, but I found that to be one of her strongest qualities. I initially hired this attorney believing she would be a strong advocate. After paying the retainer, however, her approach changed dramatically. She often complained about having to review case materials but left major issues unaddressed, nearly allowing unfavorable terms to stand until I challenged them myself.
